Home Care Service

We are aware that our clients lead busy lives and our Home Care Service provides “peace of mind” in your absence and when you are in residence.

Should the need occur we are able to deal with whatever necessity that may arise.

Assistance is extended to guests.

Our aim is to provide a full "back up" service to our clients whether they intend to reside permanently or for owners of property which is left unattended for periods of time.

• The availability of a British resident who knows the area and language, with whom you can liase to assist with all aspects of living in Italy.
  
  
• The availability of reliable services of every type that maybe required. Contacts that we have sourced over the years gives both us and our clients the edge, whenever the need arises.
  
  
• A personal telephone number to contact in the event of an emergency of whatever nature.



• Property is checked on a monthly basis or more frequently if necessary for dampness, ingress of rain water, frozen pipes and security. Assess any maintenance work that may be needed and have these carried out. This only covers items of an ordinary maintenance nature and will be billed accordingly.



• Payment of services accounts if required and more importantly payment of rates at the specified expiry dates, these vary and there are fines for late payment.
  
  
• When the property has been unoccupied we can arrange for cleaning and laundry service before arrival of owners or, paying guests, if the property has been rented. Rates available.
